| 4) |
Right foot steps inside of punch into a back stance while executing a left outside knife-hand block (grab the opponent's wrist as you block) and right straight punch to the chin. This is followed by a right outside knife-hand strike to the opponent's neck (right side). You should still be holding opponent's wrist with your left hand so push his arm down as you grab it with your right hand just above your left hand. Step forward with your left foot toward opponent's back foot (opponent's arm goes with you.) Pivot to your right 90 degrees lifting opponent's arm up and over your head holding it just above your right shoulder. Jerk his arm down on your shoulder while raising up (elbow break). This is followed by a left elbow strike to mid section of opponent while maintaining a grip on his arm with your right hand. |

Execute left inside to outside crescent kick blocking the punch. This is followed by right foot side kick or round kick to the solar-plexus or face. Bring right foot around into a left half circle turn followed by another left half circle turn. You should now be in a right foot forward back stance. Execute a right flying back kick. |

Left foot steps to left of punch 45 degrees into a left front stance while executing a right inside to outside knife-hand block and grab to opponent's wrist. Holding on to opponent's wrist execute a right round kick to the mid-section. Step down into a right front stance while executing a left uppercut to opponent's ribs. Quickly bring your left arm under and up opponents arm grabbing him behind the neck. Pull him down with your left arm into a left knee strike to face. |
