| Want to invite everyone to our annual demo at Fike Recreation
Center. The demonstration will give a good overview of the various areas
that we practice at the club. If you would like to learn more about
the club, then the demonstration is for you. We do not have a definite
time yet for the demo but the demonstration will occur during the RecFest
Organization fair. Below is a list of what you can expect:
- Basic Kick & Punching Drills
- Forms
- One-Steps
- Board/Concrete Breaking
- Weapon Forms
- Sparring
For the current members of the club, if you can make it to the demo then
your support will be greatly appreciated. We are in need of board holders.
